Sh. T. R. Sethi, Founder Chairperson, The Bharat School, Panchkula was a visionary with far sightedness coupled with unflinching dedication and determination. His focus was always riveted on holistic growth, welfare and upliftment of the children. Sir was constantly prepared to stand back and review his schools and how they operated, to change things that needed change and was always prepared to consider new things.

2005

Inception of The British School, Sector-8, Panchkula. Inauguration by Mr. Mark Bartholomew Regional Manager South Asia, University of Cambridge

2009

Tinkerbelle Inception

2011

Class EdgeTM- the latest e-learning solutions for schools by Tata Interactive Systems entered into a strategic partnership with The British School, Sector-8, Panchkula.

2012

The British School, Sector-12 (Senior branch) started operating.

2013

Introduced Schoolpad to digitalize student data management for seamless record accessibility.

2014

Director Ma’am Geetika Sethi was awarded on Republic Day 2014 for the unrelenting efforts toward a greener Panchkula.

2017

President Mr Sanjay Sethi was awarded on Independence Day 2017 for his services in the field of education.

2017

The British School got affiliated with CBSE.

2019

Laid the foundation of XI and XII classes (Humanities and Commerce) with an aim of introducing the students to higher education.

2023

Renamed The British School to The Bharat School
